About Us

Epistemic Media exists to glorify God through digital media. We are Reformed, Postmillennialists, Theonomists, and Memelords. Epistemic Media began as a meme page, Epistemologically-Charged Truths for Theologically-Inclined Youths, which remains our most popular endeavor. We also sell merchandise, which is available here, and we have plans to begin a podcast.

Meet the Memelords

Théomin

Admin

I am Théomin, founder of Epistemic Media, and administrator for the page Epistemology Charged Truths for Theologically Inclined Youths. I am the husband of one wife, and the father of two boys. I served in the U.S. Army as a member of the Chaplain Corps, and deployed once to Iraq at the tail end of Operation Inherent Resolve. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree, and working on a few books in my spare time. Doctrinally, I am a Reformed Baptist in hearty, but not total, agreement with the 1689 LBCF as I am a Reconstructionist. My primary specialty is Presuppositionalism, so you will find most of my content revolves around that.

John Punyan

Moderator

My name is John Punyan. I joined as a moderator in early 2020, shortly after the end of a long theological journey that led me from Dispensational Arminianism to Reformed Theology, Presuppositionalism, Theonomy, Postmillennialism, and Presbyterianism, in that order. I have a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies with an emphasis on the biblical languages, and I plan to continue with a master’s degree in the hopes of contributing to the ministry of Bible translation. I used to work in web design, and now I manage our website and run a coffee roasting business called Roast Assured. I specialize in puns, stonks memes, sarcasm, Veggie Tales, and the Oxford Comma.

Quantumßtout

Moderator

My name is Quantumßtout (pronounced “quantum stout”). I was born in Central Asia before immigrating to Canada, and grew up in a Baptist, fundamentalist, Eastern European denomination. I studied physics and held research positions at various schools, leading me to think that my calling was as a longterm witness in the scientific community. After plans to pursue doctoral work in Israel collapsed abruptly, God has been leading me towards the pastorate, for which I am starting seminary soon. He also introduced me to my lovely wife, with whom I am temporarily living in Europe. I became a Westminster Reformed Presbyterian a few years ago, and always love a good stout and pipe. I love dry, British style humour, and look forward to more cracker memes in the future.
